U.S. Warmongers Stage Actual Firing Drill against DPRK

Pyongyang, September 23 (KCNA) — The U.S. imperialist warmongers staged a long-range artillery firing drill against the DPRK on Sept. 21, according to the south Korean Yonhap News.

The 18th field artillery brigade of the U.S. aggression army from North Carolina State, together with the 8th U.S. army corps present in south Korea, fired long-range artilleries toward Jik Island from the coast in Poryong City, South Chungchong Province.
The warmongers including the commander of the 8th U.S. army corps claimed that the drill demonstrated the combat power including the system of high-speed mobile artillery rockets, reaffirmed the scale of the U.S. forces that are rapidly deployed on the Korean peninsula and showed that any unit from the U.S. mainland can strike an object in any place on the peninsula in coordination with the 8th U.S. army corps.
