Pyongyang, October 6 (KCNA) — A Japan-DPRK friendship delegation from Kyusu of Japan headed by Mamoru Kitahara, chairman of the Fukuoka Prefectural Japan-DPRK Friendship Association, visited Mangyongdae, the birthplace of President Kim Il Sung, on Friday.
Being briefed on the fact that the President was born and nurtured his high ambition for the revolution, spending his childhood, they looked round historic relics.
They planted trees around the old home.
The delegation also toured the Ryugyong General Ophthalmic Hospital, Pyongyang Primary School for Orphans, etc.
