S. Korean Body Urges Probe into Truth about Suppression of Labor Movement

Pyongyang, October 18 (KCNA) — According to the south Korean online paper Chamsesang, the south Korean Confederation of Trade Unions made public a statement on Oct. 13 to demand the authorities arrest and punish those involved in the operational politics and the moves for building up public opinion to suppress the labor movement.

The statement said that the confederation would gather more information about the practices to bring charges against the Intelligence Service, etc. and to call them to account.
