Kim Jong Il’s Birth Anniversary to Be Celebrated in India

Pyongyang, January 24 (KCNA) — An Indian preparatory committee for celebrating the 76th birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il was formed on Jan. 14.

Atul Kumar Anjan, secretary of the National Council of the Communist Party of India, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.
The committee set a celebration period from Jan. 15 to Feb. 16 and decided to organize colorful political and cultural events praising the feats of Kim Jong Il in the period.
