Kim Jong Il’s Birth Anniversary to Be Marked in Mongolia

Pyongyang, February 8 (KCNA) — A Mongolian preparatory committee for celebrating the birth anniversary of the great HE Kim Jong Il was formed on Jan. 26.

E. Maksim, executive chairperson of the Mongolian Mt. Paektu Association for Independent Development, was elected chairman of the preparatory committee.
The committee set a celebration period from Jan. 27 to Feb. 16 and decided to hold colorful political and cultural events praising the revolutionary career and feats of leader Kim Jong Il and introducing the struggle of the Korean army and people who are speeding up the building of a powerful socialist country under the guidance of respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un.
