Korean Books Donated to Russian Library

Pyongyang, February 12 (KCNA) — A Korean book-donating ceremony took place at the Science Library in Sakhalin Region of Russia on Jan. 30 with the approach of the birth anniversary of leader Kim Jong Il.

Present at the ceremony were several figures such as the curator of the library and officials of the DPRK mission in Vladivostok.
Works of President Kim Il Sung, leader Kim Jong Il and respected Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un were donated.
The curator said that the world people were pleased that the DPRK, not a big country in its territory and population, is firmly defending its sovereignty and dignity while proudly standing up against the imperialist forces in the international arena. The curator noted that the Korean people would as ever make a dynamic advance along the road chosen by them.
The deputy curator sincerely congratulated the Korean people upon their successes in the efforts for bolstering up national defense capability and improving the people’s living under the wise guidance of the Workers’ Party of Korea, adding that the ones would know better about the DPRK reading the donated works.
