Complete Stop to DPRK-targeted War Exercises Urged in S. Korea

Pyongyang, February 13 (KCNA) — The Students Progress Solidarity of south Korea held a rally outside the U.S. embassy in Seoul on Feb. 10 and pressed for a complete stop to the war exercises against the north, according to the south Korean internet newspaper Jaju Sibo.

The speakers said the people are moved by the north’s sincere efforts for the improvement of the south-north ties and peace.
They denounced the U.S. for chilling the atmosphere for peace, created with the Winter Olympics as an occasion, while kicking up the confrontational racket even in the land of south Korea, not content with resorting to the racket for sanctions and pressure on the DPRK.
The joint military exercises against the north should never be allowed in the future, they stressed.
