Organization of DR Congo Introduces Korean Women

Pyongyang, March 9 (KCNA) — The National Committee for the Study of the Juche Idea of DR Congo posted an article titled “Society respecting the women” on its website on March 3.

The article said:
Acts of violating the dignity and right of women are now committed in different parts of our planet.
But in the DPRK, the socialist state centered on the popular masses, all the rights of women as social human beings are guaranteed comprehensively.
The Korean women take an active part in the socio-political life with equal rights with men as mistresses of the country.
They also receive special benefits from the state and society.
They live free from all sorts of worries about giving birth to babies and bringing up them, educating children and treating sick ones, etc.
The world-famous Pyongyang Maternity Hospital eloquently shows what special benefits they enjoy.
The article noted that the dignity and right of the women are guaranteed on the highest level in the DPRK, evidenced by the facts that grandiose state events have been held on the occasion of March 8 International Women’s Day, an excellent hostel was built in a short span of time to provide ample convenience for women workers’ everyday life, adding that the DPRK is the only and one country that the norm of international law on sex equality comes true and women are respected and prioritized.
