Pyongyang, July 13 (KCNA) — The south Korean internet newspaper Voice of People posted an editorial on Thursday calling for thorough investigation into the plot made to massacre the candlelight demonstrators.
The editorial charged that the Defense Security Command, illegally kept watch over the families of the victims of the ferry Sewol disaster and even mapped out a plan to level guns at the people.
Noting that the command helped conservative bodies hold rallies against the candlelight demonstrators by offering information and operated a cyber team to mislead the public opinion, it said that the investigation should be centered on finding out with whom the former commander and the present chief of staff of the command worked out the coup plan.
The investigation should be also focused on what roles Park Geun Hye and Kim Kwan Jin, then chief of the security office of Chongwadae, played in making the plan at that time, the editorial said.
