Vice Foreign Minister of Russia Leaves

Pyongyang, July 20 (KCNA) — Igor Morgulov, vice foreign minister of the Russian Federation, and his party left here for home Friday.

During the stay they paid a courtesy call on Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho of the DPRK and had talks with Choe Son Hui and Sin Hong Chol, vice-ministers of Foreign Affairs, respectively.
Exchanged at the talks were in-depth views on the DPRK-Russia relations, the issue of building a peace-keeping mechanism on the Korean Peninsula and other issues of mutual concern.
